For returns, exchanges, and cancellations:
- Please contact us within: 3 days of delivery.
- Request a cancellation of your orders within: 24 hours of purchase
We do not carry a large inventory. It is VERY important to contact us right away for any concerns. No refunds, return, exchange will be HONORED after 7 days of purchased.
The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE items
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping fees are non-refundable; It is the CUSTOMER'S responsibility to pay for the return shipping. Little Dream Weavers are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.
ALL items must be returned to us in its original condition; original tags attached and in it's original packaging. Due to the delicate fabric of our BAMBOO swaddles and other items, all items must be UNWORN & UNWASHED. No refund will be issued for any USED items that were returned to us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
We currently do not carry a very large inventory. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we can exchange your item with the same exact item that you previously purchased. If that item you wish to exchange is still available, we will gladly exchange your item after receipt of the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
